Jack Layton pays us a visit

NDP leader Jack Layton found our information picket line at the market. He is another strong supporter of the CBC and will be demanding that Robert Rabinovitch address Parliament to explain and justify his actions. Mr. Layton says that CBC should be considered an essential service in Canada. He had a few strong words of support for our situation, and wants it resolved as soon as possible. He also voiced serious concerns regarding Rabinovitch's accountability to the people of Canada, and the loyalty of the current Board of Directors of the CBC.

Good on Jack! I am not a big fans of politicians in general, but I think Layton is someone who really believes in idea that work for Canadians.
